Ted was involved in chemical research and teaching for 18 years, 10 of which were as a Lecturer in Physical Chemistry in the Chemistry Department, Queen Mary, University of London. He left full-time employment in September 1999 to set up a consulting and training company working with academic and research institutions. |

- B.Sc. (Chemistry), Ph.D.(Electrochemistry)
- Business Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Certified Trainer of NLP

Academic Experience:
- Design and development of courses, seminars and tutorials for post-graduates and undergraduate classes of 60 - 140 students.
- Design and supervision of laboratory experiments and laboratory course-modules.

Research Experience:
- 45 scientific papers and publications.
- Assistant Editor of the Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry for 5 years.
- Grants from EPSRC, Wellcome Trust, European Union (HCMP), Royal Society, British Council and the Nuffield Foundation.

Consulting and Training Experience:
- Staff development and post-graduate training for various UK universities, the Medical Research Council (UK), the Wellcome Trust (UK) and the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EU).
